Cindy Perkins of Nashua, NH brings 12 years of High Tech industry experience to TCS of America. A graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a degree in Industrial Engineering – Operations Research, Cindy brings expertise in Data services, billing, training development, and database management and development.
Perkins has held sales positions at GCC Technologies and Digital Equipment Corporation prior to joining AT&T. In her 6 years as a key contributor at AT&T, she held positions in sales, project management, and training.
Perkins developed the Data Project Manager curriculum and spent two years as the sole trainer for this critical program, responsible for training 400 employees across the country.
When promoted to National Learning Manager, Perkins supported curriculum development and training for 2200 people nationwide, managing a staff of 8 instructors across the voice, data and local network spectrum. She is a skilled developer and has created over 10 courses which are currently in use within AT&T. Best known for her Data Billing training, Perkins led the training organization in the design and delivery of this training for Sales and Sales Support staff nationwide. She was twice recognized for improving the quality of AT&T business and achieved the status of Gold Club member. This prestigious award is set aside for the top 10% of AT&T employees.
Perkins is an avid golfer, former High school and College basketball standout, former President of Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA) for Southern NH, and was the club 2004 & 2006 champion at Souhegan Woods Golf Course in Amherst NH.
