TCS procured the original Custom Casualty Control System for the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The program scope included managing the project from the procurement stage through project completion. Project milestones included timely vendor payments, making critical deadlines, and ensuring budgetary compliance. The Cascon System, manufactured by RB Allen is now utilized throughout the country. TCS of America continues to coordinate telecom projects for Cascon systems across the US.
