Telecommunications Consulting Firm Opens in New Hampshire
Brookline, NH. June 1, 2002 Melanie Levesque, President of TCS of America,
and Trudy Gendron, Vice President, announce the opening of TCS of America - a
telecommunications consulting firm created to serve as an alternative resource for
telecommunications voice and data customers. TCS of America serves as a liaison between
customers and their telecommunication Service Providers. TCS of America specializes in
Telecommunications Customer Revenue Recovery, Training, Billing, Audits, Billing Software,
Inventory of Services, and Voice/Data Project Management.
Melanie Levesque, of Brookline New Hampshire, brings 20 years of sales and high technology
background to the firm. Melanie began her career at Digital Equipment Corporation as a
technical consultant for Digitals Call Center and later joined the Call Center
Management Team. Her experience with NEC and PDG as Training Program Manager and Designer
of Training tools enhanced her skills of process and critical event management. As a
Quality Manager for AT&T, Melanie was responsible for the facilitation and progression
of large voice and data implementations. She became a key resource for problem resolution
including root cause analysis of billing problems. Educated in the NH school system,
Melanie holds a Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Business Administration.
Trudy Gendron, of Mont Vernon, New Hampshire, brings 20 years of expertise in the
telecommunications field to the firm. Her 17+ year career in Telecommunications at
Sanders, A Lockheed Martin Company Now BAE Systems, evolved into the position of
telecommunications analyst responsible for an annual telecommunications budget of 5
million dollars. Trudy left Sanders in 2000 and continued her progression of career growth
in the telecommunications industry as a project manager for AT&T, where she
consistently and successfully fulfilled her customers voice requirements in billing,
project management, and maintenance. Her ability to work and create relationships with
customers, sales, maintenance, provisioning, and customers vendors has added to her
success in the telecommunications field.
Both Melanie and Trudy received numerous awards and accolades for excellence at AT&T.
The formation of TCS of America allows them to work more directly with customers as their
advocate to the telecommunications industry.
