Melanie Levesque brings 20 years experience in the high tech industry to her position as President. Her background includes Sales, Training, Project Management and Quality Management, all of which prepared her for the formation of TCS of America. She earned her Bachelors Degree at Daniel Webster College, Nashua, NH and completed her Masters Degree in Business Administration through New Hampshire College, Nashua, NH.

Levesque started her high tech career at Digital Equipment Corporation as a Technical Sales consultant providing customers sales and configuration assistance for computers, software, networking equipment and peripherals. She was later promoted to a position as a member of Call Center Management. Levesque received the prestigious DEC 100 sales award on two occasions for sales excellence.

As a Program Manager for Packard Bell/NEC, Levesque was an integral part of the development and delivery of a new-hire training program in which over 200 new hires were successfully trained for the Packard Bell/NEC sales center. As a Project Manager for Professional Development Group, a software training company, she designed training manuals and computer-based training for software applications. She designed a computer-based training product for Allied Domecq’s Dunkin Donuts and Togo’s stores. Her experience with NEC and Professional Development Group as a Training Program Manager and designer of training tools enhanced her skills of process and critical event management.

Levesque joined AT&T as a Data Project Manager. Her project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to resolve issues brought her to a new role as Quality Manager for the Northeastern Sales Branch. She was responsible for the facilitation ond progression of large voice and data implementations and successfully instituted a large project management program to coordinate major installations. She became a key resource for problem resolution including root cause analysis of billing problems. Levesque received multiple awards and commendations for her accomplishments as Quality Manager for AT&T.

Melanie resides in New Hampshire with her husband and daughter. She enjoys gardening, music, and golf.
